I love my wife !

Just wanted to take a quick second to say that I love my wife. I could not be happier with the person that God allowed me to meet and marry and call my best friend, wife, lover, companion, counselor, partner, mother to my babies, did I say best friend ? Stacy Michelle Littlejohn is not only the most beautiful woman I know, she is also the most patient women I have ever met. My friends, that really know me, would agree – she puts up with me ! Anyways I just wanted to remind the world that the best woman out there has already been taken, and I will not apologize for taking her !

I love this picture. To me it captures Micah’s playfulness in a way that can only be seen. An innocent curiosity….and joy that fills my heart. We took this picture after searching to find Micah and coming up empty. We finally looked under Levi’s crib and wadda know…there he was !

4 Things that stop Unity
1. Poor Communication
poor communication can take many forms…but when left and right hands don’t know what is going on strife sets in. Create communication its a big deal.
2. Gossip
degrading and will destroy a church or organization. Biggest Christian sin..set people free and let them go. Good leader negatives are handed (to a leader) up positives are handed down. By definition gossip is sharing a negative with anyone that can’t help with problem.
3.Unresolved Disagreement
When a leader doesn’t know it exist or tries to avoid conflict. Deal with ur stuff – get a backbone. a little confrontation cleanses the wond allows both parties go forward with unity. When you are aware of hurt feelings or disagreements act quickly and decissivley. Deal with it now !
4. Lack of Shared Purpose
When a leader doesn’t restate the goal the vision and mission early and often. Everybody has to know the goal….know when your gowing.
5. Sanctioned Incompetence Demoralizes
You damage your witness…we should have excellence that is stunning. Train em or let em go. Deal with it…if its a personal problem…we give grace. Other than that get it done. confront it. Team members become demotivated when leader doesn’t got to battle early and often to deal with incompetance. The team will go to battle when leadership steps up.
